Returns & Exchanges Policy on Blankets and Custom Products
We know you will love your Luxe and Custom blankets and Custom Products as much as we love making them! Exchanges or returns are not available on Luxe and custom blankets or custom products. Our products are handmade here in the USA and several quality checks are performed prior to shipping. Please be sure to review your order carefully before placing any orders. ALL SALES ARE FINAL with our Custom products, Luxe and Custom blankets collections.
If there is a problem with your blanket from our Premade Baby Laundry Collection within 10 days of receiving it, such as defects to the Premade Baby Laundry Collection blanket, we will exchange the Premade blanket upon receipt of defective blanket.
We ship within 10-15 business days of your order being placed and we ship through USPS. Once your order has been shipped you will receive tracking information. Once your order leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for damaged or lost packages. Custom design orders will take approximately 3-4 weeks to ship.
Please note: Customers will be responsible for all custom or duty charges that will be applicable to their country of residence. Payment will need to be made upon delivery and H&A Creative Designs is not responsible. There will be no refunds from H&A Creative Designs if the package is sent back due to default of payment on duties.
